Slazenger were chosen above all manufacturers to produce the ball for the 1966 World Cup after winning a competition for ball quality and design. During the World Cup, yellow, white and amber balls were used but it was the famous amber that was selected for the final. A genuine hand stitched leather ball with 25 panels.
